All prints are shipped via courier service to protect the premium quality art paper used

Please allow 7 working days between the placement and delivery of order. Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Your order will be hand packed and personally signed. Once shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. Courier delivery time is 1-2 working days
Framed prints can only be shipped within the UK and will be delivered via Parcelforce’s 24hr service. Please allow 14 working days for delivery

Returns & Refunds
We really hope you love your print(s). If however, your order does not meet your expectations we will happily offer you a full refund. (NB: excludes postage and commissioned prints). Notification of refund requests must be sent to info@lizzieanthony.com within 14 days of receipt of goods. You then have an additional 14 days to return the print/s to us. Goods received outside the 28 day returns period will not be accepted.
Please note this applies only to goods purchased through the online store and refunds can only be processed through this site.
Print/s must be returned in original condition, so please make sure to pack with care. Please provide a copy of your original order confirmation inside your package. (Return address provided via email)
The package is your responsibility until it reaches us and we recommend using insured postage as the package is your responsibility until it reaches us. As soon as your package has been received and checked, you will receive an email notifying you of your refund. The money will be sent directly to your bank or card via Stripe. The refund will appear in your account within 5 to 10 working days of refund request
All prints are packaged with care, however if there has been damage during transit please contact us immediately sending an image of the damage to info@lizzieanthony.com. You will be issued with either a full refund or replacement
All prints displayed on lizzieanthony.com are at their most accurate for colour and size. Please note that we cannot guarantee that your own computer device will display the same depiction of colour as displayed on lizzieanthony.com however please contact us with an image of the print(s) received in the event of a query
Custom or personalised prints cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective

Vouchers
Multiple denominations available. All vouchers are presented as an E-Voucher once your order has been completed.

There is no expiry date on E-Vouchers. E-Vouchers are non refundable and excluded from any promotional offers
